The Boox InkSpire is an active, magnetically charging stylus designed exclusively for the Boox Tab X C tablet. Unlike the Wacom-based EMR technology in previous Boox devices, the InkSpire uses a new capacitive technology that enables a thinner screen design and includes advanced features like haptic feedback.

Haptic feedback: A built-in haptic pressure sensor creates a tactile vibration that mimics the feel of writing on real paper. The haptic intensity can be customized for different tools, such as the pencil brush, ballpoint pen, and eraser.
Pressure and tilt sensitivity: The stylus supports 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity and tilt functionality, allowing for a natural writing and drawing experience with intuitive control over line thickness and shading.
Wireless charging: A built-in 80mAh battery recharges wirelessly. The stylus attaches magnetically to the side of the compatible Tab X C tablet, and the tablet’s screen displays the charging status and battery level.
Replaceable nib: The InkSpire features a replaceable stylus tip with a slightly rubbery texture, which provides more friction and a better writing feel compared to previous Boox pens. The package typically includes several spare tips.
