Why Was My Return Request Rejected? Your return request may be declined if:
More than 14 days have passed since you received the product.
For non-defective BOOX devices, return requests after 30 days are not accepted.
The device is damaged by the customer (e.g., screen scratches) or lost — we cannot accept returns for these.

Can I Get a Full Refund in New Zealand? You’re eligible for a full refund if:
The product is defective or faulty due to hardware issues (after return and inspection).
You received the wrong BOOX device — we will refund you fully once the return is confirmed.
You cancel your order before it ships. Orders already dispatched can’t be canceled, even if tracking is not updated.
⚠️ If you cancel for personal reasons within 30 days and the device is in good condition, you may receive a partial refund, but shipping and customs fees will apply.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirming if your refund is approved or declined.
When Will I Get a Partial Refund?
Partial refunds may apply in these cases:
Unopened & complete items: Full value minus return shipping.
Opened or used items: Restocking fee deducted.
Missing accessories or parts: Cost of missing items plus restocking fee deducted.
